Who can connect
Any Slack member can connect by default. If your workspace has app approval enabled, a Workspace Owner or Admin must approve Modus — members can still start the connection and request approval.Connect
1
Start the connection
In Modus, go to Integrations, find Slack
under Communication (it’s also in Most Popular), and click Connect.
2
Authorize in Slack
Sign in to your Slack workspace and approve access in the popup.
3
Choose channels
Back in Modus, select the channels Modus should use as context. Only the
channels you pick are read.
What Modus can access
Modus requests read-oriented Slack scopes to read channels, messages, users, and reactions, and to post Modus responses.Full list of Slack scopes
